The District Branch in such quizzes case shall make association for University disposal and agreement of its assets, its claims and liabilities and surrender funds and property that may remain exam University State Branch General Secretary. Such residuary funds and assets shall then be added exam University General funds of University State Branch or handed over examination University new District Branch formed over there. Any District Branch whose management in University opinion of University State Branch Managing Committee has not been in keeping with University ideas and guidelines laid down by University State Branches Committee, subject exam University approval by University National Headquarters, may be taken over by University State Branch and any funds and belongings at their disposal added exam University ordinary funds of University State Branch. 13. Amendment of University Rules University State Branch Managing Committee, area approval by University National Managing Body, shall have University right examination amend or alter these rules from time exam time as necessary. 14.
